Bill Rossi
Vice President of Finance
Bill Rossi joined SystemWare in March 2008 bringing his 25 years of experience in finance, accounting and general management to the SystemWare team. For the last six years, Bill has consulted with various manufacturing and technology-related companies, helping to build structure and raise money for these ventures. Prior to that, he was CFO for Emind.com, where he was instrumental in managing the rapid growth of this provider of online continuing professional education as well as raising $12.5 million in a private equity offering and executing the acquisition of a major competitor.
Bill also spent six years with Sunrise Medical, Inc., a NYSE-traded manufacturer and distributor of home medical equipment. During his tenure there, Bill managed the finance and accounting functions while the company grew from $200 million in annual revenue to over $600 million. After four years as Vice President and Corporate Controller, he was promoted to General Manager of a newly formed division, successfully consolidating the customer service, credit and distribution functions of the company’s domestic manufacturing divisions.
Bill graduated from Arizona State University with an Accounting major. He is a California CPA and a member of the Tech Coast Angels.
